Teo milk rich new moisturizing formula omni-channel launch

A national campaign that started with a brief for creating a POS material and turned into a memorable emotion, not only for the customers, but also for our entire team.

Our design team experimented with products to find a relevant way to incorporate them in a retail floor-standing display that best relate to the playground of target customers. Later on that experience evolved into campaign with strategic focus to customers to feel the product benefits in a memorable way.

All communications and customer experiences were developed to create an impact in a unexpected way in various channels: retail centers, stores, and office buildings.
