What We’re Looking For?
The Account Manager is responsible for managing high-level client accounts and leading their teams to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction.
This position reports to and is accountable to the Client Services Director.

The Account Manager, also known as the Client Relations Manager, is a key figure in maintaining and developing relationships between the Brandmark advertising agency and its clients. His/her main responsibilities include:
Coordinating work plans with clients, establishing and developing long-term partnerships, and providing the necessary information on current projects.
From developing a plan and gathering information to organizing the production process, monitoring the work of contractors and internal teams of specialists.
Preparing inquiries, requests, protocols, contracts and reports, as well as monitoring the timeliness of payments and preventing liabilities.
Presenting services to clients, handling objections and closing deals as a result of successful business meetings.
Analyzing the results of cooperation, identifying causes of dissatisfaction and taking prompt measures to eliminate them, and developing customer loyalty programs.
