The Account Manager is responsible for managing high-level client accounts and leading their teams to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction.

This position reports to and is accountable to the Client Services Director.

    At Brandmark, the Graphic Designer is our team’s visual storyteller. Their mission is to transform ideas into memorable visual content that engages audiences, inspires action, and supports the achievement of marketing goals. They work closely with the creative and marketing teams to shape concepts and messages, turning them into impactful designs suitable for various communication channels, from point-of-sale to digital platforms.

    Responsibilities

    Create visual concepts and design solutions aligned with brand identity and client goals.

    Develop materials for point-of-sale (POS), advertising campaigns, events, digital content, and other communication channels.

    Turn the retail space into a stage for creativity that builds emotional connections between the brand and the consumer.

    Create visual content that captures attention, engages the audience, and delivers measurable results.

    5

    Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative development for new projects and campaigns.

    Maintain consistency and quality across all visual expressions of the brand.

    Meet deadlines and communicate effectively with other team members and clients.

    Key Skills and Qualities

    • Excellent sense of composition, color, and typography
    • Creativity, flexibility, and attention to detail
    • Proficiency in using graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite or equivalents)
    • Ability to understand brand strategies and visually interpret them
    • Drive to inspire and contribute to high-impact campaigns
